The Corporate Wellness Firm embraces an Integrated Employee Health and Wellness Approach in the promotion of health, safety and well-being of employees and in the management of HIV and AIDS and other chronic illnesses.
We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals comprising experts such as, but not limited to, medical practitioners, nurses, home-based care givers, social workers , clinical and industrial psychologists among others. EMPLOYEE WELLNESS AND HIV/AIDS POLICY AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Talent Care provides technical support to organizations in the development of Employee Wellness related policies and implementation strategy. The policies are aimed at creating an enabling environment within the South African Legislative Framework.
EMPLOYEE WELLNESS CLIMATE SURVEYS
The development of Employee Wellness Strategies is preceded by wellness climate survey. The assessment focus on: organizational climate in terms of job demands and job resources; wellness climate of staff (burnout, distraction, over- commitment and engagement- wellness states); Physical and psychological well-being (stress-related well-being); Personal well-being, such as resilience levels of staff and other work-related variables.
KNOWLEDGE ATTITUDES BEHAVIOUR AND PERCEPTIONS (KABP) SURVEYS
We conduct KABP surveys aimed at getting a better understanding of knowledge, attitudes behaviour and practices of workers and make recommendations on programmes and interventions to address the spread of HIV and to mitigate the impact thereof.
HIV PREVALENCE STUDIES
We conduct HIV prevalence studies in order to determine the prevalence of HIV among employees and make projections with regards to the impact of HIV and AIDS on the organization.
We develop and implement health promotion programmes aimed at prevention of health problems and promotion of health and well-being. The programmes are designed to reduce health risks and to help low risk employees retain their status. The programmes are informed by the Employee Wellness Climate Surveys and can include health

A range of services are provided in order to provide support to employees with personal or work-related problems, which may adversely interfere with the employee's job performance. Services provided include:

Return-to-Work programmes - Assistance provided to employees who return to work after long leave of absence due to illness.
